Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ausmod account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
